Pinch is... urban food lab established in winter 2016 by Yuzhuo Liu and Phoebe Cheng, a young Asian couple and UT Austin alumni. Raised in a Chinese family with restaurant industry background, Yuzhuo inherited the skills of home-style cooking from his father. He also applies his degree in Mathematics in cooking to exercise precision and to ensure quality standard of each dish served simulating a lab experiment. Pinch provides food items suitable in a modern, urbanized, and diverse city-setting at a college-friendly price range.
